While we trust that your experience with UltraBelleza.com will consistently meet your satisfaction, we acknowledge that circumstances may arise requiring product returns. Should you need to initiate a return, kindly review the pertinent information outlined below:

  • Returns must be initiated within 21 days of the purchase/receipt date to qualify for a refund.
  • The item/order must be in new, unopened, and unused condition, still in its original sealed packaging.
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Please indicate the reason for your return on the front side of your receipt or packing slip.
  • Ship your UltraBelleza.com return to: Ultra Belleza Attn: Returns/Exchanges Dept. P.O. Box 251415 Glendale, CA 91205
  • Return shipping and handling fees are your responsibility unless the item/order is damaged (refer to Damaged Products Policy).
  • Retain the tracking number, as a refund is contingent upon our confirmation of the returned item/order's receipt. We are not liable for lost packages.
  • All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
  • Return processing takes 1-2 weeks from the time our office receives your item.
  • Allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to reflect on your credit card statement.
  • Do not send packages C.O.D.

Kindly be informed that used and/or empty containers are ineligible for a refund. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We are pleased to facilitate exchanges for defective, damaged, or unused items/orders. If you need to exchange your product, please review the following details:

  • Exchanges are accepted for items purchased on UltraBelleza.com within 21 days of the original purchase date.
  • Enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt. Provide instructions on the receipt regarding the item(s) to be exchanged and the reason.
  • If there is a cost difference with the exchange, our customer service representative may contact you for further information.
  • Return shipping and handling fees for exchanges will not be refunded.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY

In the event that you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 21 days of the purchase date for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 21 days. Contact us at wecare@UltraBelleza.com or by phone at (888) 610-3358 (M-F 9AM-5PM PST), and we will provide the necessary return and/or exchange instructions."

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY/COVID-19 UPDATE

To protect our staff and our customers from any additional risk, we will not be accepting returns or exchanges of any merchandise until further notice.
